Return and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
  • You may cancel your order up to 5 hours after placing your order.  
  • If you do not cancel prior to the 5 hours we will not be able to cancel the order as it will be sent to our processing center to prepare for shipping.
  • If we are able to cancel the item after the 5 hours there will be a 10% cancellation fee. Prior to 5 hours there will be no fee charged.
  • To cancel an order, please send an email to [email protected] Include the order number, account number and the Name you purchased under.  
  • We will reply to your email with 24 hours to let you know if your order was able to be canceled and the amount of the cancellation fee if any.
  • Any order that is authorized to be canceled will receive a prompt refund.

Return Policy
  • Items can only be returned if they arrive damaged, defective or not as described. 
  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving delivery. Failure to report in the allowed time will result in denying a return claim. 
  • No refunds will be given unless the item is out of stock and cannot be replaced. We only can exchange the item. 
  • Photos of the item may be requested prior to authorization of the exchange.  Failure to provide photos upon request will deny the authorization to return the item.

  • A Return Shipping label will be emailed or sent via regular mail once RA has been approved.
Policy Overview
  • You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received:
  • All original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags, and UPC's.
  • Accessories such as cords and remote controls.
  • Certificates, manuals, warranty, and rebate cards. 
  • "Free gifts" or bonus items.
  • All items included in a bundle.
  • You must have a return authorization to return any damaged item.
  • If you do send back an item without authorization there will be a 30% restocking fee and the balance will become a store credit.
